  • How do payments work on your platform? Which cards are accepted?

    All payments on our platform are securely processed using Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted and widely used payment gateways. Stripe is used by leading global companies to ensure fast, safe, and reliable transactions.
    At the moment, Stripe accepts only Visa and Mastercard. Other card types are not supported yet. Although course prices may be displayed in a foreign currency, the exact naira (₦) equivalent of the course fee is deducted directly from your bank account. This means: You are charged in naira, not in foreign cash
    The conversion is handled automatically at the current exchange rate There are no hidden charges from us Stripe uses advanced encryption and security standards to protect your card details, so your payment information is always safe.

  • Do you accept payment via naira bank transfer?

    At the moment, naira bank transfer is not yet available on our platform. However, we are actively working on adding this payment option to make payments more convenient for our users.

  • Is STEM EduReach available as a mobile app?

    Yes. STEM EduReach is currently available on the Google Play Store for Android users.

    We are also actively working on deploying the app to the Apple App Store for iOS users. While this is in progress, iOS users (and all other users) can fully access all courses and features via our website at 👉 https://online.stemedureach.com

    The website works seamlessly on any mobile device, tablet, or computer, so you can learn anytime, anywhere without limitations.
